Summary: We really enjoyed the space! Very cute and cozy inside, the deck is great for lounging! We appreciated all the amenities and extra supplies the owner left for us like toothbrushes shampoo conditioner etc. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the location was wonderful; close to Newport winery, beach and downtown Newport. Would definitely recommend this place!

Summary: We were in Newport for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for our group of 3 couples. The house is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommend!

Summary: This family (including pet) friendly rental home is a rare find. The house has been extensively and thoughtfully renovated. Clean and high quality, everything about the home has guest comfort and ease in mind. The yard is spacious and the large deck is a great place to relax. Location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, yet close to Newport, beaches, stores, and restaurants. The area is also good for biking. Check in / check out was a breeze. Bonnie was an awesome host, very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit the area.

Summary: Our stay here was wonderful! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed spending time on the deck and out in the yard. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location was perfect - downtown Newport was easily accessible, yet the quiet and quaint location of the home allowed for a very peaceful stay. Overall, this house was absolutely meticulous - we would happily stay here again!

Summary: House was cozy, clean and updated and made for a great stay in Middletown. The master bedroom is the only room upstairs, is very spacious and felt like a sanctuary. The deck in the backyard is comfortable and a great place to hang out. House is exactly as described and we will stay again when we return.

Summary: The property is awesome. The house is renovated with everything you could need. I slept better here than at home! The neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors are super nice, beaches are super close and Newport is a very short drive away. If you are looking for rest and relaxation in a fine home with nature surrounding you, this is your place! Bonnie is also super responsive. Exactly what I needed to get away!

Summary: Clean, bright, spacious home with mostly everything a family needs for a summer vacation. Very well located in quiet (excluding the usual suburban lawn mowing) neighborhood. Excellent communication with the host, who was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.
